With regular practice, you will notice progressions quickly as your body develops greater awareness, control and freedom of movement.
Online privates are ideal for new and existing clients alike. They are a wonderful option if you would like some guided homework between studio sessions, need a Pilates boost while travelling, or simply fancy a restorative class during the holidays.
Wherever you are, you can continue your Pilates journey with expert guidance and the support of the classical method.

What to Expect
Our online private sessions are rooted in the principles of Classical Pilates and adapted to suit the space and equipment you have available at home. Before your first class, we will discuss your goals, any injuries or limitations, and how your body is feeling so that each session can be tailored to your needs.
Expect focused, intelligent movement rather than an intense workout. Through the classical order and its underlying reasoning, we will work on posture, alignment, mobility, strength and breath, helping your body move more efficiently and with greater ease.
The class can be mat based or if you have access to a studio, that works too!
With regular practice, you will develop a deeper understanding of your body, discover muscles you may never have felt before, and build strength and control that translates into everyday life.
Whether you are joining from home, fitting in a session while travelling, or complementing your studio practice, online privates offer expert guidance wherever you are.

All of our experienced teachers have taken years to qualify and to truly study the system of Classical Pilates, not just to learn the exercises, but to understand the method deeply.
We’ve studied how to adapt it to different bodies, different needs, different injuries, different personalities. Because no two bodies are the same, and they shouldn’t be treated that way.
We are not weekend teachers, if you know what I mean 😉( waaaay before the reformer craze hit the fitness industry)
This is a craft we’ve devoted years to refining. A system we respect. A method we continue to study.
And that depth of training is something you will feel, in the precision, in the attention, and in the way your body changes over time.

We keep our classes intentionally small, maximum 4 people.
Why? Because Pilates was never meant to be taught to a room of 20 bodies moving at once. It’s a method that requires eyes, precision and real-time feedback.
In our studio, you are seen. You are corrected. You are guided.
You won’t get lost at the back of the room. And you definitely won’t be left guessing whether you’re “doing it right.”

Each exercise builds on the next. Each level prepares you for the one above. There’s a reason for everything we teach, and a reason for the order in which we teach it.
It may look simple. It may feel humbling.

But don’t worry we are not purists, we can adapt to anyone. We continue to study and keep our knowledge up to date with anatomy, biomechanics and science based scientific research.
