Our Cancellation and Refund Policy


At SW4 Pilates, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of both private sessions and group equipment (GE) classes, regardless of whether you’ve booked a drop-in class or hold a class pack. This policy allows us to manage our small class sizes effectively and offer your spot to another client in need.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in the session being forfeited and deducted from your pack or charged in full for single classes.

While our class packs come with strict expiry dates and sessions must be used within the specified time frame, single sessions (privates, duets, or group classes) that are cancelled or rescheduled with proper notice can be moved to a new date within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer exceptions to these policies, as each slot is specifically reserved for you with one of our dedicated instructors. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our scheduling fair and efficient for all.

Single Classes:

  • Non-Refundable: Single drop in classes are sold at full price to give you the flexibility of rescheduling should your schedule change for any reason. Single drop-in classes are non-refundable. If you cancel a single drop-in class, even with plenty of notice, we will not be able to refund it.

  • ReschedulingRescheduling: Single classes have more flexible expiry dates and can be rescheduled to a new date within 30 days of the original purchase date, allowing you to reschedule them for another time that suits you best.
